Pepper is a four year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, a giant of a dog with a gentle spirit. She got her name after stealing a chilli pepper as a puppy, after having no name for the first few days. She's not a fan of eating chilli's though, cheese is her favourite food for sure!

At home Pepper is a couch potato, if sleeping was an Olympic sport she would win gold for sure. When out though she loves to run and chase, she loves her walks in the local Scottish hills with her pals at her dog walkers as she gets all the chases and silly play she wants. She does mantrailing (think hide and seek using your nose) and scent work, and has just started hoopers with her nine year old niece as her handler. Maybe she needs all that sleep after being so busy! 

Pepper's favourite activity is cuddles though, with a gentle wag of her tail and a pleading look she will see how many strangers she can get cuddles from on a daily basis when out and about. She's hoping that school visits mean lots more cuddles for her!
